Welcome to Sayless Social. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Sayless Social is a peer-to-peer social platform for tracking informal bets between friends. Sayless Social is NOT a gambling platform.

• The in-app currency, $BEEF, has no monetary value.
• $BEEF cannot be purchased with real money.
• $BEEF cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for real money, goods, or services.
• Users cannot bet with real money on the platform.

Users may purchase $SALT, a virtual currency used exclusively for social features and in-game items.

• $SALT is purchased through Thirdweb, which facilitates payments in USDC via supported crypto wallets or by card.
• All purchases of $SALT are final and non-refundable.
• $SALT cannot be used to place bets.
• $SALT cannot be converted into $BEEF.
• $SALT cannot be exchanged for real money.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAYLESS SOCIAL AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Some parts of the platform rely on user-provided content, including text and images. You understand that user-generated content may be inaccurate, misleading, or offensive to other users.

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, send, or otherwise make available through the service.
• You agree not to post, upload, transmit, or otherwise distribute abusive, hateful, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable content.
• You agree not to post, upload, transmit, or otherwise distribute content that is illegal, that violates the rights of others, or that infringes intellectual property rights.
• We may (but are not obligated to) review, remove, limit visibility of, or restrict access to user-generated content at any time.
• Abusive or illegal material may result in account suspension or permanent banning.

We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any user-generated content.

You agree to use Sayless Social only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal gambling activities.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
• Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization.
• Use automated means to scrape, abuse, or overload the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

We may take enforcement actions we deem appropriate, including removing content, limiting features, and suspending or terminating accounts.

• We may act based on reports, our own review, or technical signals.
• We may preserve and share information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulations, legal process, or governmental requests.
• We may remove or restrict access to content to protect users, enforce these Terms, or prevent harm.

The service may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, payment providers). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
